Hi friends, last week i read an artical on weight loss tips. That artical is specially on women weight loss. Mostly women are obese after pregnancy, there are some tips which is very useful for weight loss. Firstly we must concentrate on our diet. Our diet is rich from carbohydrates and less from fats and oils. We must do some exercise in our daily routine specially for women who are obese after the birth of child. But there are also other factors for obesity in women so consulted with doctor is better for weight loss, the artical said. Mostly women are used diet pills for losing weight but this is not right option. Losing weight temporary may leads to gaining more weight in future.
