Hi friends, yesterday I read an article on losing weight. It was suggested that for reducing weight there are few simple tips that if we will follow that we acheive some weight loss definately. We are not start to do exercise or dieting but change our diet and make it balance for every day. we should eat a little algae before start our dinner and we definately lose some weight, the article said. The Researchers recruited 76 overweight volunteers who ate 400 fewer calories than they burned every day. Half of them ate an appetizer of 180 grams of agar-agar(which is a sea vegetable) or commonly called seaweed or algae before dinner per day. At the end of 12 weeks the algae eaters lost nearly four and a half percent of their body weight, and ate on average 300 calories for dinner every day. The group that didn't eat the algae lost only two percent of their body weight in the 12 weeks and ate nearly double at dinner, more than 600 calories per day. So if we want to lose weight we should start eating algae before dinner every day.
