Vegetarian diet helps for weight loss
Hi friends, yesterday i read a news about weight loss information. In that news it was suggested that the vegetarian people loose more weight as compared to non-veg people after doing exercise and dieting. The results was found by researchers in which the people who stuck to a vegetarian diet for at least one year lost more weight than those on a standard low-fat diet. Another good news for vegetarian people is that their levels of LDL "bad" cholesterol dropped after six months on the vegetarian diet. If you want to reduce weight and leave healthy life than it was suggested that you eat more fresh vegetables and fruits instead of meat and fast food. Oily food also increase body fat so if you want to reduce weight and make your body slim and smart than eat only non oily food.
