Hi friends, last  yesterday I read an article related to oolong tea and weight loss. It was suggested that Oolong tea is useful for weight loss specially in overweight men. Oolong tea is a medium colored tea which is used in Chinese hotels and restaurants. The main reason behind weight loss by Oolong tea is that it may increase energy expenditure up to 10%-20%. However the researchers also notified that "caffeine" that is contained in all types of tea helps in increasing the rate of energy expenditure. According to article it is very much true that Oolong tea stimulates both fat oxidation and energy expenditure by burning extra calories from the body. Oolong tea is also helpful for normal men for maintain their body weight. Some researchers also suggest that after taking oolong tea person generally eat less food and hence he/she intake less calories. By taking less calories we maintain  our body weight.

There are some useful tips for losing weight. The main problem of obese patients is that they regain there weight after completed their weight loss programs. The following weight loss tips are useful in controlling the gain weight of obese patients.

Concentrate on permanent weight loss methods: Weight loss is a slow process so the obese patients do not concentrate on fast weight loss solutions.

Do not skip breakfast: According to weight loss experts skipping breakfast is not good for obese patients, so if you are obese than you should take your breakfast daily.

Eat protein early in the day basically in morning.

Drink more water if you are overweight or obese.

Make a habit of fasting at least one day in a week.

Increase your physical activities and exercise.
