Weight loss by low energy density foods
Hi friends, last week I read a news about weight loss and low energy density food. It was suggested that for an obese women "a low energy density food" is better than normal diet plan in a weight loss programs.
After studied Dr Julia A Ello-Martin, of Pennsylvania State University in University Park, Pennsylvania, said that "Incorporating low calorie-dense foods into the diet is an effective strategy for lowering calories and reducing hunger when you're trying to lose weight,". She also said that "This is an approach that allows you to focus on the foods that you should be eating" rather than focusing on restricting calories,".
This study was done by taking 97 obese women which undergoes weight loss programs for 12 months. After the end of weight loss programs it was found that the obese women loose more weight who are depend on low density energy food.
So for reducing fats a complete and balanced weight loss program is required rather than diet pills like acomplia or phentermine.
