Losing Weight and Feeling Great
Alright so you want to lose weight but you don't know where to start... Well, first you can start by getting all of the bad food out of your house. Just take the temptation away so there is no possibility for you to cheat during your diet.
The main thing that you always want to remember about dieting is that it is all about discipline... If you have zero self control that just get used to being overweight; you have to be able to say, "OK, I'm not going to eat that because it's not good for me" or, "OK, I'm not hungry anymore, I'm going to stop eating now instead of stuffing myself".
If you do this you'll be ahead of the majority since most people simply can't control themselves from eating certain foods or drinking certain drinks. There is no special tonic that's going to make you skinny; even some people who get lipo gain the weight back because they have no self control... They may think that they're making themselves healthier by getting liposuction but they are just looking healthier; the damage has already been done to your heart and other organs by that point.
It's
also a good practice to shift calories around... What I mean by calorie
shifting is eating a different calorie count each day so that your
metabolism is confused and speeds up causing you to lose weight. This
works very well for busy people or those who haven't found anything
that works in the sea of weight loss gimmicks out there.
